Q. Are surveys /estimates free? Do we get a sales man hassling us?
A. When you contact us we will arrange an appointment to discuss your requirements. You will then be issued with a written quotation which will be emailed, posted or faxed. NO sales men, no pressure just advice.

Q. What does group mean in terms of your company?
A. the group consists of separate companies run together under one name and the guidance of the Managing director and contracts manager. Each company specializes in its own individual service.
This means for you as a client you can have all of the work carried out on your property, whether it is renovation of your sash window or a loft conversion, you will only deal with one reputable company.

Q. We have never had home improvements work done or dealt with a builder etc. It seems quite daunting. What tips would you give prior to you coming and giving us an estimate?
A. Always have an idea of what your requirements are. For instants extensions and loft conversions; it is always recommended that you seek advice from an architect /surveyor. It then gives you a basis to get estimates on. We can help with finer details such as room sizes, bathrooms locations, types of windows etc. For Kitchens, bathrooms and internal decorating, home improvements magazines are excellent. Once we have an idea of what your requirements are we can give you an accurate price.

Q. Will we need planning permission? How do we go about this?
A. It is very important to get the right information and permission before you make any changes to your property. This even includes the colour of the outside of your house. The fines, disruption and financial costs of putting your property back to its original condition before you made improvements can be devastating. The easiest way to do this is to ring your local council planning department. They will tell you if your property is listed, in a conservation area or needs planning before alterations are made. This is especially true with the removal of windows.

Q. There are so many companies to choose from what makes you different? How do we know that you are up to the job?
A. Well our reputation in the home improvements sector speaks for itself. We can introduce you to some of our existing clients whether it a householder, architect, estate agent, local authority or national institution. We work for all of these on a daily basis. Q. We only need some plastering and decorating work to be done. Will we still get the same level of attention as we would a larger job?
A. Every job is important to us. We collect satisfied customers. The next job you ask us to do may be a four bedroom extension, we treat every customer with the same respect and attention.
